I understand that feeling, because I've been there. Color approached with real precision changes everything. Using a 16-season system that goes far beyond the basics, I guide you through a process that uncovers a palette built specifically for your coloring and your features.
Wear a neutral top and nothing with a collar or high neckline. Come with a fresh, makeup-free face. During the session your hair will be covered to isolate your natural skin tone, so nothing interferes with the draping process.
Plan for approximately 90 minutes. This includes the full draping process, seasonal makeup application, and a complete walkthrough of your results.
Yes! Virtual sessions are just as accurate as in-studio. You will be asked to provide specific photos taken in natural lighting, and Amber will guide you through exactly what is needed every step of the way. Virtual is a wonderful option for those who are not local to Dallas.
The 16-season system identifies 4 additional palettes that flow between the core seasons: Winter and Summer, and Spring and Autumn. A flow palette sits between two seasons. Your coloring carries characteristics of both, and your palette is built to reflect that blend. This added layer of precision means your colors are specifically calibrated to how your coloring actually works. Not just broadly correct, but exactly right for you.
